About Ty
Ty Martin is a REALTOR licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is the Managing Director of the McCann Commercial Real Estate team and also a member of the Main Line Mike McCann Team. Ty has experience in residential and commercial deals big and small and has represented sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants of both residential and commercial real estate.
Ty has a background and experience in every classification of real estate. He began his real estate career in commercial real estate brokerage after earning his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University. Before Saint Joe's, Ty graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida where he played lacrosse.
Ty grew up in Marlton, New Jersey and graduated from Cherokee High School. He has a diverse background in business administration, finance, and marketing which helps to provide his clients with the best advocacy in the real estate business. Ty takes pride in assisting his clients in making the best real estate decisions they can whether it be buying, selling, or leasing a primary home, investment property, or commercial property.
